It all begins with an in home visit. Schedule an in home visit with us to begin the discovery phase. We will wear our “designer hat” and our “project manager” one as well.

We Design it, Built it & Color it.

Annlouise listens to the needs of her clientele to ensure that their homes are designed to fit their art, needs, and lifestyle. 212 Design is adept at designing homes with function in mind. Her clients especially appreciate her capacity to bring family and pet-friendly durability to her clean, upscale designs. 212 Design embraces the needs of each property, often leaning on space-saving approaches to support an inspiring way of living.

Design it.

Details measurements, place planning and materials are chosen and presented.

Build it.

After all of the specifications are printed and approved we will have a production meeting. Nothing begins until all materials are on site. Meeting minutes each week help with the best communication possible. Expectations on time and stages are outlined. A final walk threw assures confidence and future recommendations.

Color it.

Determine what features or existing finishes in the room you would consider permanent. Consider the cabinets, tile or a brick fireplace.

An in Home is recommended*
You can unify rooms by using a common color palette. Create distinct spaces by altering the shade and hue within the common palette.
Remember that the color you choose may look different at various times of the day and night. The warm tones of incandescent lights will have a different influence on the color than the natural light of day. I color match on site and work with my Painter to provide an estimate with paint and labor included.
