My Design Bio

When I’m in a good mood, I smile. When I’m in a bad mood, I laugh. I avoid boredom whenever possible. I love challenge, I hate beets.

Design has been instrumental in my my life. It is the fabric of my nature. From my design time in Chicago, to my days of choosing color regionally for Sherwin Williams, to construction design/management for Lowes.

I fill my days with Design, yoga and my family. I’ve found a way to incorporate my design constructs into my philosophy of living. Classic, fresh, functional and fantastic. I have a classic bend well mixed with color confidence. FORM always FOLLOWS function. Good design integrates. When you’re sitting in your room designed by Annlouise, you will smile everyday.

Neutral military duck fabric placed inside of wool skein (SW) walls and naturally stained acacia floors have allowed my 1930’s White brick home to shine happily as if it were well placed near Piccadilly Square. If your home needs a design schematic that flows as well as lasts due to an active family. I am up to the challenge.

What we put in our space is just as important as what we Choose to not put in our space.

From Traditional to transitional to modern, Allow me to listen and make your home as special as you are.
